Job Responsibilities
Perform inbound and outbound call.
Provide customers support for productions/service information.
Generate customer interested in the services or product offered by the company.
Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and service provided to the Customer
Respond to customers in a polite and courteous manner, especially in stressful situations
Handle the customer question, complaints and billing with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
Job Requirement
Male or Female
Good at computer for office.
Good English at listening, speaking, writing, and reading skill.
Good at customer service and professionalism.
Experience with digital savvy.
Can work under pressure and work complicity.
Follow work instructions and independently
Working Hour
• Monday – Saturday
• 8h00am – 5h00pm
